1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
- We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the items.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders. Delivery within 1 business day.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and military addresses may have different delivery times.
- Shipping fees for these addresses will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use the tracking number on our shipping partner’s website to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Incorrect or Missing Information
- Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate. DodoBabyz is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order is damaged during transit or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and work with you to resolve it.
8. Returns and Exchanges
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for clothing and toys, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
